Varia FLO 55 Filter Papers

Precision Brewing with Complete Flow Control

The Varia FLO 55 Filter Papers are designed for coffee enthusiasts who want greater control over every stage of the brewing process. Manufactured from premium FSC-certified Japanese pulp, these flavour-neutral filters allow the natural characteristics of your coffee to shine through while delivering consistent extraction and exceptional cup clarity.

Designed specifically for the Varia FLO 55 Dripper and compatible flat-bottom brewers, these filters are available in two paper densities, allowing you to customise brew speed and extraction to match your preferred coffee profile.

Choose Your Preferred Extraction

The 31 GSM FAST filter offers quicker water flow for bright, clean, and vibrant cups with enhanced clarity and delicate flavour separation. The 50 GSM SLOW filter provides greater brewing resistance, increasing contact time to develop a fuller body, enhanced sweetness, and greater complexity.

When paired with the interchangeable Varia FLO brewing screens, the different paper densities provide even greater flexibility, allowing you to experiment with a wide range of extraction styles and brewing recipes.

Designed for Consistency

The wave-style filter design promotes even water distribution throughout the coffee bed, helping minimise channeling while producing balanced and repeatable extraction. Each pack contains 100 premium filters, making them ideal for both everyday home brewing and professional café environments.

Why You’ll Love It

The Varia FLO 55 Filter Papers offer precision, flexibility, and consistency in every brew. With premium Japanese pulp, two flow-rate options, and sustainable FSC-certified construction, they provide the perfect foundation for producing clean, expressive specialty coffee.
